MAKE YOUR MORNING BETTER

Is the morning equally as important as your evening? Undoubtedly, morning is much more significant. It gives the mood for the whole day. But here is a question, are you sure your morning is good enough? Let’s find ways to improve it!
Successful businessman and women tend to be very strict about their morning routines which helps them to boost productivity during the day and feel more energetic.
Oprah Winfrey starts her day with meditation.
Steve Jobs starts his day with an honest question in front of the mirror:
” If today were the last day of my life, would I want to do what I am about to do today?” In case Steve Jobs answers no to that question, it means he needs to make a change in his life.
Tim Bowell, a lawyer from the UK, wakes up at 5 30. Before he starts his work at 9 am, he manages 30 -minute intensive gym exercise, he takes a walk and thinks about his life. Moreover, he has time for his morning German lesson. That’s all before 9 am!
There are many people who wake up early to get things done without hurry. Experts say that the period between when people wake up and when they get to work is ideal time to perform a) something you never have time for in the evening or you are too tired to do it later; b) activities that require discipline but are not necessarily related to your job. If you create such a special routine for you, it will be much easier to wake up earlier in the morning.
How to create your morning ritual ? Here we offer some ideas, but it’s up to you to choose.
1 A good morning starts with a thought that you wake up early enough to enjoy it. You feel no hurry at all. This is your morning and time for yourself.
2 Turn on good radio wave or some of your music favourites and stretch your body. For women, squatting is a great way to keep fit.
4 Smile to yourself in the mirror and set yourself for a positive day
5 Morning is time for creativity! Do what you enjoy but never have time for: for me it’s painting a picture or watching a funny video on Youtube.
6 Have a glass of water and then a healthy breakfast!
They say, the best choice is high-protein breakfast (e.g.eggs). However, you can’t eat eggs every day)
7 Hug your partner and wish him a successful day.
8 Call your parents or text them wishing a nice day too. You’ll make at least two people happy!
9 Check up your plans for the day in order not to forget the most important.
10 Eat a frog. Which actually means, do something you find not that pleasant. And you ‘ll have the reason to be proud of yourself. For me, it’s washing yesterday’s dishes. I am honestly sometimes too lazy to do it in the evenings. In the mornings though, I have good mood for that.
All in all, make the time slow down. Try to wake up a little earlier and become a little better with how you use your morning hours. Let us be disciplined together . If you organize your morning properly, you’ll have more time for joy and less for unnecessary things.
